Thanks To Everyone
Regretfully, I am announcing the closure of Sault United Futbal Academy. (Bill Howe - Director)
One Final Get Together
In order to say thank you to everyone and show my appreciation, I am inviting all current and past children / coaches to come to the NCC, on Saturday, March 25th. (8:30-10:00) We will have games, Tim's treats and the selling off of the remainder of our T-shirls and other merchandise, including uniforms.
I wish to thank all those who have been involved; parents, children, coaches, sponsors and others over the past 10 years. It has been a great run and I hope those who have participated, enjoyed the journey.
I and my coaching staff believe this program is the right direction for soccer and sport in general. Developing the whole child, self-esteem, confidence and the ability to improve in a non-pressure environment, were the cornerstones of this philosophy and approach. It is TRULY about the kids and only the kids.
Always remember, later in life, no one remembers any scores, how many wins or how many losses. What we do remember, were the fun times, our friendships gained and the joy of playing a sport well.
My best wishes for all of the children and families and I hope everyone stays involved in soccer (sport). It does not have to be a painful experience!

Updates and Resources
Please check back periodically. We will be providing links to; resources, self-training, pathways to University, Pro I.D. camps, Showcase (University I.D.) tournaments, etc.
It will take a while to officially close things down, until then, the web site will remain up. If any parent has questions about how their child can continue to develop and explore opportunities, please contact me via the "Feedback Forum"
I have heard from parents who have expressed their regrets about the closure as they have cited the this is the only program, focused solely on Skill Development and the individual child and not go games, leagues or tournaments. I know some parents value this over winning, trophies, etc.
I have made connections through SUFA with NCAA colleges, International Pro Camps, U.S. pathways, Futsal opportunities and much more, which I would be delighted to share with those interested.
I would like to have your feedback in regards to anyone's experience in the program. ALL comments are important. I am moving into another area of sport development, that requires research. If you have any comments, criticisms, etc., please send them along.
